Your submittal of any purchase order to Live Shows Group, S.A de C.V, through its commercial division Live Shows Merchandising in the site TiendaOfical-LSG.com, indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Your use of this Website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Live Shows Group, S.A. de C.V., and we reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, do not use this Website.
General Return and Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with you purchase for any reason, TiendaOficial-LSG.com accepts returns for damaged goods or exchanges. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (washed or worn apparel will not be accepted). Sealed or shrink-wrapped items will not be accepted if the shrink wrap or seal has been broken. No returns on posters or CDs (unless CD is unopened).
If your item meets the above criteria you can return or exchange your merchandise to TiendaOficial-LSG.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please mail the merchandise back to:

In your e-mail, please include your order number, so we can properly reference the return, the tracking number for the return shipment, so we can ensure we receive it, and the reason for return or exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one or different size, please make sure to list the exact item or size you would like to receive instead
Once the merchandise is received we will process the necessary exchange or refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer is held responsible for all shipping related charges for sending items back to us. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, by crediting your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system are designed to make sure your order gets out as quickly as possible. Therefore, if your order has already been shipped we can no longer change or cancel your order without you returning it, after you receive your item.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Mexico. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can process your order; verify your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. Please understand that all delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
Shipping to Central and South of America: may take around of 10 to 20 days to deliver.
Shipping to Europe: may take longer--up to 21 days to deliver.
International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
After the Estimated Delivery Date
If you order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be lost. Orders shipped via a trackable method will have tracking information emailed to you.
Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, contact customer service for more information on undeliverable packages.
- No tracking information available: If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us using our customer service email. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.

We have tried as accurately as possible to display the different colors that our products are available in. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitors display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that you place with us. We may in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel your order, we will make every effort to notify you by e-mail or phone. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders, that in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

If the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TiendaOficial-LSG.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
TiendaOficial-LSG.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card was charged and TiendaOficial-LSG.com cancelled your order, a full credit shall be applied immediately upon such cancellation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Live Shows Group, SA de CV, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of the Website
